Terms and Conditions

  1. Confirmation of Order
  • - To confirm this order payment must be made on the receipt of this proforma
  • - After 3 working days if payment is not received this order will be considered cancelled & materials will be free to sell to other costumers
 
  1. - Owner Ship of Goods
  • - All goods supplied by Genex Stones Ltd. Remain the property of the company until full payment, including any applicable VAT and additional charges, is settled.
  • - The company reserves the right to reclaim goods if payment is not received within the agreed payment terms.
 
  1. - Nature of Stone Products
  • - Stone is a natural product and inherently features variation in color, veining, texture and finish. These characteristics are not defects but part of the stone’s natural beauty.
  • - The buyer is responsible for inspecting slabs before placing an order to understand the natural variations of the material.
  • - Sizes indicated above are approximate, the material will be revised at the time of delivery the actual size will be indicated on the invoice- there should be any difference. Thes will be chargeable / deducted accordingly.
 
  1. - Returns and restocking
  • - All sales are final. Genex Stones Ltd. Does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
  • - Returns may be accepted at the Company’s discretion and are subject to 20% restoking charges.
  • - Only undamaged and unused goods in their original condition and packaging will be considered for return
  • - No returns accepted on special orders.
 
  1. - Reporting of Defective Materials
  • - Any material deemed defective must be reported to Genex stones Ltd. On the day of delivery.
  • - The Buyer must:
  1. - Email a written report with images to the Company detailing the defect.
  2. - Note the defect clearly on the delivery note at the time of delivery.
  3. - Claims made after the day of delivery will not be accepted.
 
  1. - Delivery and Inspection
  • - The Buyer is responsible for inspecting all goods upon delivery.
  • - Any Discrepancies, shortages, or visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and reported to the Company immediately.
  • - The Company is not responsible for damages or losses incurred after delivery has been signed for as “received in good condition”
 
  1. - Liability
  • - The Company’s liability for defective goods is strictly limited to the replacement of the defective materials, or at the Company’s discretion, a credit note for the value of the defective goods.
  • - The Compony is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from use of its products.
  • - Some natural stone comes with protective mash at the back that may need to be striped at the moment of the fabrication any issues relating to this are not our liability.
 
  1. - Payment terms
  • - All payments are due as per the agreed terms on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest at a rate.
 
  1. - Collection and Delivery
  • - After payment material to be collected / delivered within 1 week after payment. Storage charges may be applied at the company discretion .
